Another grandson Michael Hughes will graduate high school here in Aztec, NM and we will be attending that and cheering him on. Michael will go to Alaska in June to attend his sisters wedding and then in September will be going into the Navy.
Way to go Michael!!!!!!

As most of you have heard, our grandson, John, and another boy were in a 4 wheeler accident on May 5 in North Dakota. John broke his back in 2 places and the other boy broke his back and had some brain hemraging. We are very thankful that they are both alive and that John left the hospital in a back brace but able to walk yesterday. His parents, Roger and Kristy, are bringing him home to Aztec, NM to recover and we are waiting here for them. Doctors say the recovery could take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on if they operate or not.

We are headed for Aztec, New Mexico today and will be there till Michael graduates on the 18th and maybe longer depending on property transaction.

Just got the word!
Our offer was accepted on the property and we are now moving into closing phase. So I guess we are Pahrump, NVproperty owners!
